At KaRa Home, we are dedicated to delivering your curated pieces swiftly and securely. Because our collections feature delicate, premium materials, each order is packaged with meticulous, multi-layered protection to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in pristine condition.

1. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: All orders undergo a thorough quality check, are securely packed, and are dispatched from our studio within 1–2 business days.
  • Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, shipments typically arrive within 3–5 business days for major metropolitan cities and 5–7 business days for regional areas.
  • Please note: Deliveries are processed Monday through Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are not included in shipping timelines.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping across India on all orders above ₹5,000.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below ₹5,000, a flat shipping and handling fee of ₹299 will be automatically applied at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order

The moment your package is handed over to our premium courier partners, an automated email and SMS will be sent to you. This notification will include your unique Tracking ID (AWB) and a direct link, allowing you to monitor your shipment's journey in real time.

4. Secure & Fragile Packaging

We understand the anticipation of receiving beautiful decor. To prevent any transit mishaps, all fragile items—including our ceramic canisters and glassware—are encased in custom, shock-absorbing protective layers before being boxed.

5. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times before marking it as undeliverable.

  • Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are completely accurate at checkout.
  • If a parcel is returned to our studio due to an incorrect address, wrong contact number, or continuous unavailability, an additional shipping fee will be required to re-arrange delivery.

6. Modifications & Queries

If you need to change a delivery address or have an urgent shipping request, please contact our care team immediately at [Insert Email Address] or via WhatsApp at [Insert Phone Number]. Once an order has been dispatched from our studio, no address modifications can be made.
